UBS Computerized Accounting System is a program which helps
to do away with all the tedious financial record keeping and reporting needs
which are normally found in the manual accounting system. It is user friendly,
making it easy and simple for people with minimum knowledge of computer.
UBS Accounting System can easily and quickly create and
maintain General Ledger (GL), Debtors Ledgers (AR) and Creditors Ledgers (AP).
Then all we have to do is enter the transactions from the source documents.
These are automatically recorded in the relevant journals and accounts and all
the financial reports like trial balance, profit and loss account, balance
sheet, debtors and creditors aging and more.
It is specially designed to suit most businesses such as
accounting firms, co-operative societies, construction companies, manufacturing
companies, non-profit organizations, properties, services, retail, restaurants,
trading companies, training institutions, wholesalers and many more.

1.SETUP WIZARD
I.
Maintain company details by properly key in
company details in SETUP WIZARD.
II.
Set closing date of Last Accounting Period,
Starting Period Of Current Accounting Date and Closing Period Of Current
Accounting Date.
2. CHART OF ACCOUNT
·
Chart of account is the account type of the
transaction which is group in between account number of 1xxx/xxx till 9xxx/xxx
only.
·
Meanwhile by key in account number we also have
to select the account type grouping which is from A to T whereby, each alphabet
has it own description.

5. ENTER TRANSACTION
·
Go to : 4.Transaction
-> 1.Transaction File Maintenance-> Add button
Eg :
1. 1/01/2012 Capital RM50000 in to bank
Select batch 5 : Credit Capital RM50000
Debit Bank RM50000
Account No : 1000/000 for Capital Account
Description : Bank
·
Follow up with other transaction
6. VIEW/PRINT BATCH OF TRANSACTION

Go to 4.Transaction
-> 3. Print Batch of Transaction
7. BACKUP AND RESTORE
·
Backup is having a secondary data storage into
computer or other device such as USB.

Go to : File -> 1. Backup and Restore -> Backup button
·
RESTORE
Go
to : File -> 1. Backup and Restore
-> Restore button
8. EXIT
- Go to : File -> Exit
